After the Ananda resort another five star spa is proposed to be built in mussoorie. It is a project aimed towards making mussoorie a holiday haven for tourist. The extravagant five star luxury spa resort hotel is proposed to be built in the beautiful hills of Mussoorie, on the way to the breath taking Kempty falls . The site is located on the foothills of the Himalyas in the heart of Mussoorie. The surroundings contain the much needed purity and solace needed for relaxation and rejuvenation . The site is blessed with close proximity to the Kempty falls. A part of the spa falls in the Gharwal region and the rest of it lies in the periphery of Mussoorie and Dehradun border. This area falls under the Mussoorie and Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA).

The beautiful site extends over an area of 23 acres approximately. The natural beauty of the site is captivating in itself. The reputed firm SEMAC has taken up the project and are focusing on building as close to nature as possible. The site is owed by businessman Mr. Raj Chopra from Delhi.
